BACKGROUND
Vieni Associates, Inc. was founded as a corporation in New York State in April 2003 by Charles Paul Vieni, Professional Engineer. Its primary mission is to help private and public organizations responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical transportation infrastructures (roadways and bridges) to achieve real-time effectiveness, responding efficiently, safely, and appropriately to everything from routine maintenance needs to emergency situations.
Through a management career in government transportation spanning over 40 years, Mr. Vieni has witnessed the difficulties maintenance organizations have in keeping control over diverse projects deploying crews across broad geographies and tasks. He has applied the concepts of real-time effectiveness and improvement in his own working career and proven that these organizations can save lives, save money, and improve the satisfaction of customers, employees, managers, and shareholders.
